I heard with sorrow the news that your health has taken a turn for the worse. You were already in my thoughts because of reading your paper 'The Opposite of Rape', much the best contribution to that fraught debate I have come across. And not much different in that respect from your work on private law and on responsibility in criminal law and ordinary life. I do hope your papers on these matters will be collected in some form, where this is not already the case. The work has been influential but deserves to be more so. I'll be thinking of you in the weeks and months ahead.
