Jane and I were very sad indeed to hear your latest news. You are very often in our thoughts.
John: Thanks so much for getting me involved in the Roots of Responsibility project. I am learning a great deal catching up with the responsibility literature, including all your illuminating work on the topic. You always have the capacity to surprise and inspire. I also have fond memories of our working together on Tony's 80th birthday volume.
