Dear Jenny,
I’m so sorry to hear this. How devastating for you both, and so quick. It seems only yesterday that I saw John in cheery mood at Hinksey pool working on his upper body strength. And your voicing of his words at Tony’s memorial, and the shock of seeing him so ill, was extremely poignant. My thoughts are with you both through the next cruel stage of this journey. Words fail.
